Annet provides encouragement, insights, and goal support. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any suggestions.

Annet offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by the app stores or a third-party subscription platform. Pricing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through those providers or within your account settings.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider, and as required by law.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide, secure, and improve Annet.

You can stop using Annet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, security risk, or legal requirement.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
